Prepare a 5-minute presentation to be delivered during tutorial on March 4 and 11, with a project outline of your project, focusing on the following questions:
  • What is the product?
  • What is the primary market? (who are the users)
  • What is the business model?
  • What is the biggest challenge that this product/service faces?
Presentation will count towards participation grade.

Please save your presentation as a .ppt or .pdf file for submission by 5PM on March 2rd (email slides to jojo@mit.edu).
  Tuesday, March 16, 5pm Team Mini-Presentation #2 - Stakeholder Analysis

  • One slide per stakeholder group
  • Link to Porter model
Prepare a 5-minute presentation (~5 slides) to address the question above.
Have one team member email the slides to Joanne (jojo@mit.edu) by 5pm on March 16.
Teams will present during tutorial on March 18
Presentation will count towards participation grade.

  Tuesday, March 30th Team Mini-Presentation #3 - Elevator Pitch

Objective: Prepare an elevator pitch for your project: product or service

Audience: A VC or a potential corporate partner who may co-invest in your project

Format: Select one student team member to deliver the pitch (OK to have two people but make sure the transition is smooth)
Have one team member email the written "pitch" to jojo@mit.edu by 5pm on March 30.
Teams will present during tutorial on April 1.
Presentation will count towards participation grade.

NOTE: Teams will also have an opportunity implement feedback and present to VC's on April 15.
